#519 Summer Stillness

Strong And Free Series Tom Thomson Lake, Algonquin Park - Oil on Canvas

As I continue to be inspired during this challenging time for Canadians and the world, I continue to work on my Strong and Free series. I couldn’t get enough of the beautiful photo from my daughter Tori when she canoe tripped last summer in Algonquin Park. New colours brings us hope and renewal of new beginnings. The purples, pinks, magenta's, and yellows symbolize hope and renewal of a fresh summer season upon us. This is another view from Tom Thomson Lake. Light reflections in the water lend mind to the stillness of time.
