Trinity, Newfoundland - Oil on Canvas

Although I’ve only been once to Newfoundland, it was one of our most memorable family trips 2000. So it was with no surprise when our old friends visited Newfoundland two summers ago, I was taken back by their photos that brought back such fond memories of our trip with our five children. Newfoundland is one if my favourite provinces (up there with BC), but there’s something so unique about the land, the people, the kindness, the realness of humanity that drew me in. This is a typical simple, view along the Bay, the little coloured homes along the shore as people live one with the sea.
