This painting was inspired by a lovely person I know from camp Wanapitei, it just caught my eye as she was standing on the rocks by the shore in the photo, quoting: “are you living your wild and precious life“? Serenity, beauty, peace, and inspiring, I asked to use her photo to paint. I started with layers of acrylic and then had fun bringing it to life with oils.
